The most powerful strength I ever found wasn’t in speed or size - it was in precision. In how the body moves when it’s listened to, not fought against. F.A.R. was born out of injury, comeback, and an obsession with what makes performance sustainable.

F.A.R. IS FROM FRANCE
My journey started on the tennis courts of France — first as a player, then as a teen coach. That early blend of discipline and teaching stuck with me, even as I moved on to study at EMLYON Business School and take on leadership roles in the corporate world. But eventually, I came back to what I loved most: helping people move better, live better, and perform better. Along the way, I’ve competed in Ironman races, run marathons, and battled through injuries that forced me to rethink everything I knew about training.
